Thus, users who access our web pages cannot be traced back. It comes without saying that we do not use cookies or similar solutions. If you decide to commission us, for the purpose of legal advice and representation, due to legal and technical reasons we require “your data”, especially your surname and address. As lawyers, we are bound to particular secrecy and do not disclose your data to others. Please pay attention to the fact that already a specific e-mail enquiry might lead to creating a client-lawyer relationship (liable for costs). If you wish to send us an e-mail with contents worth protecting, we recommend you to send us an encoded e-mail. Please contact us for information on how to code your e-mail. In the case that no client-lawyer relationship is created we do not save your data (cf. § 4 TDDSG (Teleservices Data Protection Act )). |
